Shipping policy
Shipping Policy
At Tuft & Craft, we carefully prepare your order so it arrives ready for your next creative project.
This policy covers physical products purchased through tuftncraft.shop and delivery arrangements for finished workshop rugs.
For shipping enquiries, contact hello@tuftncraft.com.
Australian shipping rates
Our delivery rates for physical-product orders within Australia are:
-
Standard shipping: $28
-
Express shipping: $35
-
Free standard shipping on physical-product orders over $150
All amounts are in Australian dollars. Available delivery options and your shipping charge are shown at checkout before payment.
Order processing and dispatch
Physical-product orders are normally dispatched within 3–7 business days after payment is received, unless a different timeframe is stated on the product page.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Processing time is separate from the time your parcel spends in transit. Choosing express shipping speeds up delivery after dispatch; it does not shorten our order-processing time.
If we expect a significant dispatch delay, we will contact you with an update and discuss your options.
Delivery times and tracking
Delivery time depends on your location, the selected shipping service and the carrier’s operations. Regional and remote deliveries may take longer.
Any delivery estimates provided are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. This does not limit your rights if an order is not supplied as agreed.
Where tracking is available, we will provide the tracking details after dispatch. Please check your email, including your spam or junk folder.
Workshop bookings
Workshop bookings do not require physical shipping. Your booking details are sent by email.
Delivery of a finished workshop rug is a separate, optional service and is not included in the workshop booking price.
Finished workshop rugs
Your rug may need to remain at the studio for finishing and drying after your workshop. We will contact you when it is ready.
You can collect your finished piece from our Chippendale studio or arrange standard postage for $28.
To arrange delivery, email hello@tuftncraft.com with your booking name and delivery address. Finished-rug postage is separate from our online physical-product shipping offer.
Please wait for confirmation that your rug is ready before travelling to collect it.
Digital gift vouchers
Digital gift vouchers are delivered by email and do not incur physical shipping charges.
Please check that your email address is correct when purchasing. If your voucher has not arrived, check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.
Delivery addresses and changes
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including any apartment or unit number.
If you need to change the address, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to update it before dispatch, but changes may not be possible once the parcel has been handed to the carrier.
If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address or unsuccessful collection, we will contact you to discuss redelivery. Any applicable redelivery cost will be explained before you agree.
Delayed, missing or damaged parcels
If your order is delayed, appears lost or arrives damaged, contact hello@tuftncraft.com with your order number and details of the issue.
For damaged items, photographs of the product and packaging can help us investigate. Keep the packaging where practical.
We will work with the carrier to investigate and provide an appropriate resolution. You do not need to resolve the matter with the carrier alone.
Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, you must arrange and pay for shipping the product back to us. Please contact us for return instructions before posting.
Different arrangements apply to faulty, damaged or incorrect products. Refer to our Return and Refund Policy for full details.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
